Flights resume after Bali ash cloud clears

Flights in and out of Bali have resumed after favourable wind changes cleared the volcanic ash cloud that has caused havoc over the past month.

Both Jetstar and Virgin Australia resumed flights on Monday and are operating additional flights to return stranded passengers from Bali to Australia.

Bureau of Meteorology forecaster Chris Davies says conditions are expected to remain fine for the next few days.
