Meet Hawai‘i Roadshow returns

More than 15 of Hawai‘i’s MICE tourism suppliers will be in Australia later this month for Hawai‘i Tourism Oceania’s (HTO) second annual Meet Hawai‘i Roadshow.

Meet Hawai‘i, will run from 26th – 30th August 2016, visiting Auckland, Sydney and Melbourne, with representatives from each Island Visitor Bureau joining ten industry partners and the Hawai‘i Convention Center in a series of business-to-business meetings followed by a cocktail reception for the Australian events.

Hawai‘i Tourism Oceania country manager for Australia, Kerri Anderson said “Meet Hawai‘i is designed especially for MICE industry professionals and will give attendees the opportunity to learn more about what Hawai‘i can offer for their future meetings and events. Attendees will have the chance to meet face-to-face with MICE industry partners from Hawai‘i, discover what’s new on the islands and be in the running to win a Hawaii holiday.”

Anderson said the Hawaiian Islands’ diverse natural beauty, unique culture, year-round warm weather, world-class venues and legendary Aloha Spirit set the stage for exceptional meetings and events.

“Hawai‘i is a highly sought after destination for meetings, incentives conferences and events and the Meet Hawai‘i Roadshow is a great opportunity for the MICE sector and we look forward to welcoming larger groups to the Hawaiian Islands,” Anderson added.
